Started seeing Dr. Dave way over a year ago on a recommendation from my chiropractor as the Chiropractor he goes to see when he needs an adjustment. Dr. Avallon is treating the source - not the symptoms  - of a couple of degenerative discs in my lower back that causes hip, thigh, knee, shin, and anterior ankle pain. I’m also prone to headaches and have fibromyalgia and RA. Most of the treatment involves stretching and gentle pressure, which is a different technique than other chiropractors have used in the past. The table is sectioned, and is able to move and “swing” to help with movement. In addition to immediate pain relief, I often feel like I’m taller, more flexible, and more “balanced” after a session. Dr. Avallon finds the troublesome areas like a “pain whisperer.” Our appointments are never rushed and he’ll ask specific questions to help identify the musculoskeletal problems that are sometimes difficult to describe. He has a specific treatment plan for fewer visits going forward, and occasional adjustments in the future. Offering early AM/late PM and Saturday morning appointments allows me to work my regular hours and commute. Online scheduling allows me to book during my downtime, when I’m not on the job. Being in-network with a long list of insurance plans makes treatment affordable. Whether you’ve never been to a chiropractor or you’ve had a bad experience with a DC in the past, set your concerns aside and see Dr. Avallon ASAP.
